I’m an employee who will soon have been with the company for a year. After observing things over this period, I’d like to share some personal thoughts.

Pros: It’s a new office building, and there are several elevators at the different entrances and exits, which I find convenient.

The office environment is comfortable and beautiful, with landscaped plants. Since it’s on the highest floor and has huge floor-to-ceiling windows, the view is excellent: in the morning, you can see blue skies and white clouds, and in the evening, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.

Having dogs or cats around at work is therapeutic.

Employee purchases come with incredible discounts.

The colleagues are easy to get along with.

There is almost no overtime, so it’s possible to maintain a good work-life balance.

Looking at comments from the past—even those from much longer ago—I feel that, after standing the test of time, the company has been changing for the better. Those situations are now completely different from my current experience. Of course, no company is 100% free of flaws; even companies widely recognized as number one are the same. Ultimately, it comes down to whether the company culture suits you!

One wish: I hope there could be more restaurants and food shops near the company, making it more convenient to satisfy our appetites.
