Working alone on construction sites offers a high degree of freedom, but you also bear full responsibility. Staying for a longer time allows you to gain experience with several systems at once.
The salary and bonuses are relatively low. Sometimes you have to do the hands-on work yourself (sometimes as a general laborer and sometimes as an electrician/plumber).
The salary structure is complicated (transportation and mobile phone allowances are already included), and overtime pay is calculated based on only part of the salary.
You have to purchase the laptop used for work yourself. Fuel reimbursement is only 5.2 per kilometer, with a monthly limit of 2,400 km.
