If you get assigned to a good supervisor, congratulations—you can probably stay for a while. If you get assigned to a bad one, you can move on to the next company.

It depends on which supervisor you’re assigned to. The one I worked under was basically a noise-making machine, yelling at the slightest thing. If your habits differed even a little from his, he insisted that you do things exactly like him. He also criticized many things just for the sake of criticizing; after he was done ranting, the issue still wasn’t resolved. If you don’t have what he calls “stress tolerance,” I suggest looking at other companies.
