There are no advantages; there are many disadvantages instead.
1. Having to do morning exercises first thing in the morning is just like being in a cult.
2. The company has two female sales managers (one is a very senior employee, and the other is the sales supervisor). Their moods fluctuate greatly, and they use emotional manipulation. They treat the employees under them according to their moods: when they are in a good mood, they are all smiles; when they are in a bad mood, they scold people mercilessly.
3. Despite being a small company, signing documents requires going through a lot of procedures.
4. The job involves doing everything under the sun—you are expected to handle everything.
5. It is a company with no systems in place, yet when participating in livestreaming activities, it expects employees to pay the registration fee out of their own pockets.
6. For the Dragon Boat Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival, there are only company products (near-expiry products??), with no cash gifts.
7. The employee turnover rate really is quite high.
8. Everything mentioned in the other comments is true. Don’t waste your time coming to this company.
