An interesting small company with single-digit employee count. Basically, the company has good benefits and flexible working hours.
The boss is often absent because he is busy, and veteran employees also frequently issue orders, leaving newcomers at a loss. New hires basically have to fend for themselves. Senior employees do not know how to train others and often blame and complain. In addition, the boss's internal management is poor and lacks internal systems. This is not a place where you will be happy to go to work; it may make newcomers feel bullied. The building where the company is located is also in poor condition, and people from the neighboring company smoke in the hallway, creating a strong smell.
