The company lives in its own world, with no high-pressure environment.
It is extremely tolerant of employees with poor performance.
In this era of digital transformation:
1. From employees at the bottom to managers at the top, no one internally has any concept of digital products or transformation.
2. They think that finding someone from outside can complete the digital transformation, but they do not realize that what most needs to change is these people’s mindsets and attitudes toward work.
3. It is okay not to know how, but they never learn or listen to others. Alternatively, they only spout logic that no normal person can understand, maintaining an attitude all day of, “I’m just bad—what do you want me to do about it?”
Taken together, whenever decisions related to digital products are discussed, no one dares to make a decision, or they bluff their way through a bunch of talk without reaching a conclusion. In the end, they hastily wrap things up by forcing a consensus decision.
Digital transformation does not yet have much impact on this company.
In 5–10 years, this wave will eventually overturn you.
