When I first arrived, I felt a little anxious because I wasn't familiar with the environment. I thought this place would be like my previous company, where people were somewhat impatient and indifferent toward newcomers. The reality was a pleasant surprise. The managers and senior colleagues here are very patient and friendly, which greatly eased my initial anxiety.

The company has a flat organizational structure. Although salaries do increase, it feels like there aren't many opportunities for promotion.
