The colleagues are all quite easy to get along with.
The company structure is a bit strange. I applied for a position in Department A, but ended up being interviewed by Department B.
Then, after joining Department B, I discovered that the supervisor has a serious need for control ==|||
They also frequently praise and boast about themselves, indirectly implying how capable they are. (This is a minor issue, but hearing it repeatedly can actually become annoying.)
The supervisor often goes to other departments to chat (I witnessed it personally—they were just chatting), then comes to find people near the end of the workday to talk about various things, affecting our ability to leave work on time.
Worst of all, they sometimes send messages about work in the middle of the night. Regardless of whether anyone replies, it is already disturbing others..
When we brought this up afterward, they actually said that we should manage our own time... An hourly wage system being treated like a responsibility-based salary system??
They even said, as if it were perfectly justified, that I work in the middle of the night?????????
Overall, it feels like they use the name of providing learning opportunities to treat an hourly wage system as though it were a monthly salaried, responsibility-based system—in other words, exploiting loopholes to squeeze employees.
