The interview communication was very polite. The location is on the outskirts of Zhongli, near Dayuan—secluded and with plenty of parking. There are surveillance cameras throughout the entire office environment, including stairway blind spots, and access everywhere requires card swiping, so there is no need to worry about security blind spots.

During the interview, they informed me upfront that all overtime compensation should preferably be taken as compensatory leave, and applying for overtime pay was not recommended. Meetings are often held after work, or start during working hours and continue past the end of the workday. One person is expected to do the work of three, and employees must take on multiple roles—those who are capable are given more work. There are few internal employees but many departments, along with a large number of titles, resulting in multiple chains of command and a sense of being at a loss.
