There really are none.
I recently graduated, and as soon as I joined, three people resigned. Handover was basically impossible; they just told you to figure things out yourself. Having a handover was the same as having no handover at all. Everyone was carrying a huge workload, and it was simply impossible to finish everything. After working four hours beyond the maximum limit stipulated by the Labor Standards Act, I would connect through VPN and continue working remotely. They said that the previous person had worked until 3 a.m. Please—just because you choose to be a corporate slave doesn't mean everyone else has to be one too. After I worked overtime for three consecutive days, my supervisor came to “check in” and told me not to report it, saying that I was still on probation and shouldn't work this way. Hearing that was infuriating. From the moment you join, you can already foresee that you'll resign three months later. What difference is there between leaving after one month, three months, or five months? Get out quickly—staying alive is more important. Please, if you value your life, don't join. It's more or less the same in every department, and the turnover rate is extremely high. The entire company is just an empire of terrible jobs. When I submitted my resignation, HR wasn't surprised or interested in how much work I had done. They just went through the standard questions and said, “Let's proceed with the process!” You can probably tell that this company is basically used to churn through employees. The reviews online are all true—believe me, and whatever you do, don't come to this company.
