I didn't work there for long—only three months—in 2016, so I don't know what the situation is like now. Basically, the company was very willing to give newcomers opportunities, didn't make arbitrary deductions from salaries, and ensured that employees received the benefits and rights they were entitled to.

When I worked there in 2016, the company seemed to be going through a more difficult period. Everyone had to work overtime every day to meet deadlines, and the workday regularly exceeded ten hours. I don't know whether overtime pay was provided, but working at least ten hours a day generally took a toll on everyone's physical and mental well-being. I observed colleagues shouting at one another and saw supervisors lose control of their emotions. The company was in a state of considerable disorder, and employee turnover was also quite high.

I hope things have improved by now.
