Colleagues get along well.
The company has a two-day weekend (Wednesday and Sunday), but employees are required to work overtime on Wednesdays, so it is effectively only one day off per week. National holidays are moved to the off-season, so national holidays are treated as regular workdays. The base salary is very low and is made to seem higher only by adding various allowances and overtime pay. Some department managers are very incompetent; they cannot solve problems and only pass on trivial issues to subordinates to handle, completely overturning one’s view of the workplace. The company is only suitable as a stepping stone. The benefits and bonuses are not bad, but the systems and culture are poor.
