It is a traditional family-owned business, and the entire family is extremely superstitious. The owner’s family will calculate your horoscope.
There is no clearly defined break or meal time during the nine-hour workday. They have very poor time management, and the owner often assigns tasks only at the end of the workday, frequently resulting in overtime.
Even when an employee has a doctor’s diagnosis and documentation after a traffic accident, they are still required to take painkillers and come to work.
Once you fall out of favor with the owner’s family, you may be subjected to workplace bullying. For example, they may monitor how much toilet paper you use, whether you are secretly taking breaks, and require you to handle company matters after work. If you refuse, they will spread rumors and smear the employee throughout the industry.
