The company’s systems are terrible. Everyone communicates by arguing, which may be due to a lack of EQ—perhaps that’s why the company is called ITEQ.

The turnover rate is extremely high. The information systems have been hacked several times, which tells you what kind of company this is and how long it has been burning.

There are even fleas in the office. The air conditioning is unbearably hot and is always set to 27°C; after six o’clock, they simply turn it off.

Overtime can only be compensated with time off. There are also many long-time employees who do nothing and push their work onto others.

All the easy positions have already been taken. I recommend not coming here. Handover arrangements are inadequate, and senior employees are extremely unfriendly to newcomers.

Senior employees do not want to train anyone either. If you make a mistake, they will only scold you, calling you trash, brain-dead, and useless in front of a group of people.

The boss only deals with people who have problems and never seriously addresses the actual problems.

I recommend not coming here and wasting your time.

The CEO even controls what temperature the air conditioning is set to and which lights and air conditioners may or may not be turned on.

They even control how many rolls of toilet paper may be placed in the restroom.

The workplace is also extremely remote, and they even use employees’ lunch breaks and time after work to hold Welfare Committee activities.

Fortunately, I resigned—LOL. Even after resigning, I was charged for the uniform and crappy slippers (in violation of the Labor Standards Act).

New colleagues are all saying that this company is outrageous.
