The office is old. The inside is bright, but equipment such as the telephones looks very outdated. The office also looks quite messy, with things piled up everywhere. Working hours are 9:00–18:00.
I applied for the position of sales assistant. The female interviewer was more than half an hour late. I had to use a laptop to answer questions and take a web-based typing-speed test. The entire interview process took more than an hour. The questions included:
How much do you know about Shuo Fang?
Provide suggestions for Shuo Fang’s marketing and recruitment.
What would you do if you had a different opinion from your colleagues?
Who was the person you learned the most from in your previous job? Why?
What is the most important thing regarding receiving and shipping goods?
The process from developing customers to collecting payment.
What should you pay attention to during the first transaction? ...and so on.
I also had to listen to an audio recording and type up meeting minutes, and operate the ERP system.
The entire interview process was extremely lengthy.
The laptop displayed a message saying that it was a victim of counterfeit software.
