It feels like a traditional hardware store. The environment is very poor, the interior is extremely dim, and there is no air conditioning. You can see the exterior on Google Maps. When you enter, the owner will hand you two sheets of A4 paper containing the work rules and ask you to read them first. Regardless of the salary stated on the job bank, the starting salary is only NT$25,250, and labor and health insurance will also only be insured based on NT$25,250. You also have to work on Saturdays, and the annual leave seems to be only three days... among other things. There are also many regulations that do not comply with the Labor Standards Act.
If you are looking for a normal company, you can save yourself the trouble of going to an interview. This is not a company; it is merely a traditional hardware store. The salary posted on the job bank is deceptive.
