Pros
The company was acquired by the Taisteel Group, and the general manager was replaced.
Cons
All of my original colleagues have left, and the atmosphere is terrible. The already limited benefits are being cut, work assignments are very unfair, overtime pay is difficult to apply for, and the work has taken a serious toll on my health. I feel like there is no hope.
