Before the interview, I was asked to fill in the “National ID number” field. Since I consider this personal information, I chose to leave it blank. However, the store manager insisted and responded, “I won’t leak your personal information.” You know this is personal information, yet you still forced people to fill it in. This was the first time I encountered an interviewer who made things so difficult for others. I imagine working there wouldn’t be easy either 😅
