Pros
Easy and simple; suitable if you don't want to work too hard.
Cons
If they don't like you, they'll fire you.
Very little job security; they frequently transfer you around.
They are very good at making empty promises, and the people inside are very scheming.
The pay is very low; whenever they say there will be a raise exam, they just keep playing dumb.
