There really aren't any. Although the interviewer's attitude during the interview was pretty good, they did stand me up.

At first, I applied for Position A, but during the interview, HR redirected me to Position B and said that my work experience was a better fit for that position. After the interview, they promised to notify me within a week regardless of whether I was accepted, but after a week, I still had to follow up myself. Only then did they say that the company was conducting a headcount review and they didn't know when they would be able to hire me, so they told me to look for other companies first. If I'd already accepted another company's offer, would I still be waiting for your notification? Absolutely ridiculous.
