You can build up your physical stamina, since employees are made to do the work of five people.
The company changes its name every few years, and I don't know whether it's because it is constantly being sued.
It is currently called Lextar Group (Roborock Technology),
but in May this year it changed its name again to
Samoa Lextar Group Co., Ltd.
It is a company that sells robot vacuum cleaners.
It was previously called Yaojing Lighting Technology Co., Ltd.
First, there is an HR person who yells a lot. On top of that, salaries are not paid on time, and the three seasonal bonuses are also not paid on time—or there may not even be any bonuses. They will tell you that the company is not making money, while in reality the company's assets increased from 14 million to 28 million. They tell you the company is losing money.
Second, the company is always painting grand pictures and telling you that you will be promoted, while making you work 14 hours a day. They will ask whether you want to stop clocking in and continue working, because every position in the company is treated as a responsibility-based position with no overtime pay. Overtime pay is even lower than that of part-time workers outside—less than 180 per hour. Even after becoming an assistant engineer, it is still less than 140 per hour. You can work more than 50 hours of overtime in a month and still not earn 40,000.
That is what this warm and wonderful company is like.
Third, even when something is clearly not part of your job, they always make you do a large number of unrelated tasks. For example, if you are in repairs, they make you answer customers' calls and listen to them complain for several hours. Shouldn't that be the customer service staff's job? And so on. To save labor costs, the daily workload includes moving more than 100 machines weighing nearly 20 kilograms each to another warehouse. Besides rushing to complete the repairs assigned each day, you also have to deal with customers calling to complain, and you must stop what you are doing to handle complaints. Not to mention that even a supervisor who only knows how to talk, or an HR person with no experience, can become the repair department supervisor, simply because they are good at currying favor with their superiors. The entire company has very little structure. Promotions and salaries depend entirely on someone's mood. In addition, someone has a surveillance obsession and is always watching the security cameras. The company's cameras have audio recording, and this person even plays back the recordings to listen, so they know what you are saying. In short, this company is extremely frightening. Naturally, the turnover rate is also very high—it has been that way for years. The company has not had even a single engineer for years and almost exclusively hires assistant engineers to save costs. They pay minimum wage while expecting people to do the work of several employees. There is not even freedom of speech at work; you would think you were in mainland China. If you try to offer suggestions, even if they are intended to help the company, the HR person simply acts superior and refuses to adopt any effective methods. All day long, she criticizes engineers, assistant engineers, customer service staff, and warehouse staff. Everyone is fed up with her because she looks down on everyone.
The most pathetic part is that she has someone influential backing her.
Fourth, the company receives many customer complaints but has no legal counsel.
They actually expect customer service staff or engineers to help appear in court.
It's absolutely ridiculous.
Anyone thinking of joining this company can probably already tell
what kind of cause of death they will have.
Every position at this company is essentially a suicide job.
If you don't die from overwork or from being impoverished because your pay is not proportional to the work,
you will die of anger from all the miscellaneous tasks and the people who keep painting grand pictures.
May all those looking for jobs stay safe. RIP
