Pros
Seems to be a company with established systems.
Cons
They make the work overly complicated and are far too nitpicky about things! Customer service lacks professional knowledge! They often don't understand the products and focus too much on unnecessary minor details! They follow trends without creativity! The three-month probationary period is one thing, but requiring employees to sign a voluntary resignation letter is not very reasonable.
