Normal working hours
Having worked at this company, I can tell you it is like a direct-sales company, and also very much like a traditional-industry company. They constantly brainwash employees about how great the company is and how excellent the benefits are, but in reality, the benefits are nearly nonexistent. The three major holiday bonuses are only worth around a hundred dollars. As I recall, there were also times when they only gave gift boxes—and the size of the gift box depended on your position!!!
The year-end bonus was once a flat NT$3,600. The boss said the company had not lost money, and that only traditional-industry factories give year-end bonuses. It felt really strange—an excuse to deceive fresh graduates, perhaps. They say that since the company gives bonuses every month, that is already very good, but then they only give a small red envelope for the New Year. Yet the bonuses are either NT$0 or a few hundred dollars—what is this supposed to be~ It is really embarrassing to be asked about it by relatives during the New Year. Also, whether you have worked there for one year or nearly two years, the year-end bonus is still NT$3,600.
The only advantage is that you can leave work at a normal time. If you do not mind the salary, benefits, or career prospects, you can consider going for an interview and see how it feels.
