The work area is very clean. In addition to clearly designated work and material storage areas, there are also air conditioning and chairs. It’s really quite different from the factories I’ve worked at before.

Some people don’t take their work seriously and repeatedly make the same mistakes. Supervisors only issue verbal reprimands, and I haven’t seen any actual disciplinary action.
