As soon as I joined, I felt that something was strange. How could all the senior employees have been there for at least 8–9 years, while the younger employees had only been there for a few months? There was a serious gap between them. From the moment I joined, I was not respected at all. Regardless of the position someone applied for, they would ultimately be asked to work in sales. The people inside also competed with one another for performance, and newcomers never had any opportunity for promotion. Work consisted of making phone calls and cold-calling customers constantly. What the previous commenters said was all true: they give you a huge list of contacts to call, and even after repeatedly calling the same contacts until they are exhausted, you still have to keep calling them. Every day at work was spent listening to gossip. Everyone claimed that the company was an excellent enterprise, yet privately they constantly complained that the pay was too low. As soon as a teacher who came to conduct a class had left, the people nearby would start badmouthing them. It is a company with an enormous amount of negativity. No wonder there are always more than 200 job openings listed on the employment website, regardless of the time.
