The company is large and very stable.

I applied for a sales position. I had previous experience at a real estate marketing agency and wanted to further develop my sales skills. However, after joining, I found the environment rather peculiar: an old-fashioned company with old-fashioned managers. Retired employees had become consultants but still interfered in everything. A single sales center had people from three companies selling together, and I could not even find my direct supervisor. The supervisor said that there were sales managers from the marketing agencies on-site whom I could ask, but since they were from different companies, there were still some matters that were better discussed with my own direct supervisor. The company’s sales commission rate was below the market standard. When I saw the company bulletin announcing the cancellation of the Mid-Autumn Festival and Dragon Boat Festival bonuses, I really wondered: Is the owner of a construction company with assets worth tens of billions really that stingy? This company is only suitable for people who are content with a comfortable, uneventful job.
