Salary is paid on time
Temporary workers must sign a dispatch agreement. The supervisor can fill in the dates however they like. Once the time is up, they can say you are unsuitable and tell you to leave. When signing the dispatch agreement each month, they can arbitrarily change next month’s work schedule, hours, and pay. If they like you, they will schedule you for more days; if they do not, they will schedule you for only two days of work in the entire month.
There is absolutely no system or benefits whatsoever.
Most importantly, there is no labor or health insurance.
