Able to leave work on time
Finishing all your work and leaving on time gets you treated like a weirdo. The company is so run-down, it looks like it’s from the 1970s.
There are no new office supplies... even the ballpoint pens have no refills... the blades are so rusty they can’t be used... no one ever throws out the old supplies or replaces them.
The computers are so slow they make you want to cry...
Your pay is deducted horribly. Every month, they deduct an pointless welfare fee from you. The birthday cake is only bought for the supervisors to eat, and you have to pay for your own drinks...
They never told you that perfect-attendance pay is deducted from your base salary—they deduct it from your base salary! The welfare fee is also deducted from your base salary!
Taking one day off gets you docked nearly 6,000—who would want to stay?
Even the boss’s own children don’t want to work at their father’s company anymore... (They still don’t want to stay even when Accounting offers the boss’s child a big red envelope to persuade them to remain.)
You get yelled at by the supervisors all day... Seriously! Employees go to work to cooperate and help one another, not because they owe your company! Why shouldn’t we be treated like human beings?
You really can’t stay at a company like this. The longer you stay, the more depressed you get...
