Good company location
1. The interview process was extremely long because it included tests on logic, images, connecting dots, speed, and so on—tests that most companies generally do not have.
2. There was a woman administering the test (explaining the questions), who sat directly across from me and watched me write my answers...
3. I don't know whether I performed poorly or my salary expectations did not match the company's range, but the male manager wearing high-waisted pants asked only a few questions before ending the interview. His attitude was not very NICE either. (Later, I happened to have a friend who had worked at this company, in a different team within the same department. They said this male manager was really not OK and was not very polite to his female subordinates.) Not being hired was probably for the best!
The interior décor and the employees I saw passing by gave me the impression that it was an old-fashioned and oppressive company, rather than a vibrant one.
The above describes an interview experience from some time ago, so I am not sure whether things have changed recently.
