Most people at the company are friendly and easy to communicate with. The work environment is comfortable, and the boss is very willing to give employees opportunities and room for development. New hires can come in and try different things while finding their way.
Cons
It depends on the department or position. Some positions are overloaded with work, while some departments are very relaxed.
