Seriously, don’t get tricked into joining. They don’t know how to do anything. The high salary posted on the job bank is fake—you won’t actually receive it. They just want to exploit you and squeeze your skills out of you. It’s no different from Cambodia; it’s the same kind of scamming, just without selling organs.
They have none of the company systems they should have. To put it bluntly, it’s more like a gang, with a low-budget version of Lian Qianyi running things. Things are changed back and forth every few days, and you can’t tell whether they actually intend to do business. All day long, they keep squeezing the marketing team to revise images and then interviewing people. Another idiot creates a bunch of idiotic processes—something that should take 30 minutes can end up taking a whole day, if it gets done at all. Basically, they have all the ridiculous rules you’d expect from a traditional-industry family business, plus even more outrageous ones. The salary listed on the job bank is fake; it’s only there to trick you into joining. Every few days, you’ll suddenly see a coworker quit, then bring her boyfriend to the company the next day to demand money. I sincerely urge you not to get tricked—you’ll have your eyes opened. Those two have absolutely no concept of how to run a company; it’s more like they’re playing house. Then you’ll be exploited beyond belief while earning an extremely low salary.
