Pros

If the interview process lets you sit there for two hours enjoying free air conditioning, then that would be the only advantage.

Cons

The interview process is extremely long—at least two hours—and HR does not know how to stagger the interviews.

At least four candidates were scheduled for the same time slot, and each person had to have an individual interview. The first floor looked like a shipping area, piled high with items, while the second floor seemed to be where the graphic design department was located. Upon entering, the receptionist gives you one of their own application forms to fill out, and only after you complete it do they arrange an individual interview. Each interview lasts at least 15 minutes, which means you have to sit around doing nothing for a long time. It is also not handled in the order people arrive, so you may end up waiting for someone who arrived after you to finish before it is your turn.

The interviewer loves to make small talk. For example, right after I went in, they asked whether I knew Lan Ge Printing, then said things like how they were different from that company. Because my portfolio included freelance design work, they also went on to discuss various completely pointless and irrelevant things about my customized projects. It was an enormous waste of time.

The reception staff clearly treat people differently, with an obvious attitude of not wanting to deal with you. HR also does not know how to stagger the interviews; they simply schedule everyone for the same time and make you wait around. The interview order is not based on arrival time either. Although the posting on 104 did not mention bringing a résumé, they still asked upon arrival whether I had brought one. From arrival until the end of the interview took at least one hour and 50 minutes, and the interviewer kept talking about irrelevant things, leaving me feeling that my time had been wasted.
