I was contacted for an interview very quickly.
The salary differed from the amount stated in the job posting by NT$17,000, and the probationary salary mentioned in the interview notification was secretly reduced by another NT$10,000 during the actual interview. They did not inform me of any changes. When I arrived, I discovered that the interview details did not match the notification. After checking the online job posting, I found that the company had secretly changed the content on its own. They deliberately deceived applicants into coming to the interview.
The reserve store manager position was interviewed as if it were a regular full-time position, and both the salary and interview details differed from the interview notification. The interviewer seemed completely unaware of what position the applicant was applying for. The company’s entire personnel-related process clearly needs a thorough overhaul to prevent applicants from being deceived! Two hours of my time were wasted for nothing. Moreover, I had to take time off work to attend the interview that day, and I cannot be compensated for the money I lost as a result of being deceived. This is truly a terrible company. I strongly recommend clarifying everything before going to the interview so that you do not get deceived as well—don’t foolishly show up only to discover that you have been scammed!
