Be warned: all your performance and achievement of targets may be treated as zero because of a single incident. If the company itself makes a mistake, it will tell you to resolve it—in other words, it expects you to persuade the customer to accept the company's mistake. Even though it is not your problem and you have no authority to deal with it, the company may instead blame you. In the end, the person who gets “resolved” is you, because the company will never admit fault, and everything you do will be regarded as being due to the company's own circumstances. Then I really don't know why the company hires employees—is it just looking for excuses? What a contradiction.

They may even tell you to push unwanted products onto customers, because the company believes it has what it takes to make customers accept them. But in reality, it's like taking a laxative when you don't have the stomach for it—you just end up causing the opposite effect, haha... You can learn quite a lot here; I mean learning how to survive in the real world. If you want to come, you'd better be prepared to get fired at any time. Also, when you encounter a problem that you have no authority to handle, it's probably best not to report it, because the company can't solve it either—it will only blame you, and then you'll be the one who gets “resolved.”

Fresh graduates and newcomers just starting out in society can come here to hone their skills. Experienced professionals with ability should probably pass; you deserve better, because you understand what I'm talking about.
