航耀物流事業有限公司
Pros

The only real advantage is that the salary is relatively high compared with other related jobs. Other than that, there’s nothing.

Cons

As for the disadvantages, almost all of the managers are part of the same inner circle and will not listen to employees’ opinions. As company managers, when dealing with clients, they just pass the work on to employees, even though clients do not want to deal with people at too low a level. They show very little sense of responsibility, often make grand promises but completely fail to deliver, have no credibility, and frequently change their decisions from one day to the next.

They also tolerate a certain long-serving employee having an extramarital affair with a colleague. The two of them would even openly flirt in a car for several hours during working hours. The company also allows this employee to spread rumors everywhere and drive away many colleagues.

Although the company offers relatively high salaries, it provides virtually no benefits. There is no toilet paper or soap in the restrooms, employees have to arrange their own lunch, and in summer the temperature inside the factory can reach 38°C, yet the company does not even consider buying fans for employees. The company itself also violates labor laws by underreporting salaries for high-paid employees and requiring excessive overtime. Some colleagues often work more than 100 hours of overtime in a month and may even work 20 consecutive days.

Salaries are never adjusted, and there are no employee dinners, company trips, year-end parties, or spring banquets. The company simply keeps brushing these off by claiming that it has not made any money, while the owner buys a Mercedes costing four or five million. This place may be suitable for people who cannot find a direction and are looking for a temporary short-term job, but in the long run, it does not offer much of a future.
