航耀物流事業有限公司
Pros

The only advantage is probably that the pay is higher compared with other related jobs. Other than that, nothing.

Cons

As for the disadvantages, almost all of the managers are part of the same inner circle and do not listen to employees’ opinions. Although they are company managers, when dealing with clients they simply pass the work on to employees. However, clients do not want to deal with people at too low a rank, which shows a serious lack of accountability. They often make grand promises but are completely unable to deliver, have very little credibility, and frequently change their decisions from one day to the next.

They also turn a blind eye to a certain long-serving employee having an extramarital affair with a colleague. The two would even openly flirt in a car for several hours during working hours. The company also lets him spread rumors everywhere, forcing many colleagues to leave.

Although the company offers relatively high salaries, its benefits are practically nonexistent. There is no toilet paper or soap in the restroom, and employees have to arrange their own lunch. In summer, the temperature inside the facility can reach as high as 38°C, yet the company does not even consider buying electric fans for employees. The company also violates labor laws by underreporting wages despite offering high pay and requiring excessive overtime. Some colleagues regularly work more than 100 hours of overtime in a month, and some have even worked 20 consecutive days.

Salaries are never adjusted, and there are no employee dinners, company trips, year-end parties, or spring banquets. The company constantly brushes these off by saying it has not made money, while the owner buys a Mercedes costing four or five million. This place may be suitable for people who are temporarily unable to find direction and are looking for a short-term job, but in the long run, it does not offer much of a future.
