Pros
The previous boss used to organize employee trips.
Cons
After the young boss took over, some benefits disappeared. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have stayed for several years before leaving!
A while ago, I even heard a former coworker say that, to make sure there was a parking space for his new car, the young boss wouldn’t even let her park in the only remaining covered parking space.
She was furious, but could only put up with it for the sake of making a living...
