The boss is a damn old man going through menopause,

who loves to yell at employees. He can't fucking make himself clear, yet he still gets angry at them,

with a very poor attitude when speaking. The pay isn't quite the same as what was offered when I interviewed,

he often hangs up on you, has terrible taste, and is very old-fashioned—the stereotypical grumpy old man.
