HR contacted me through 104 with an [Expression of Interest] message, saying they were interested in my résumé and hoped that, if I was interested, I would contact them as soon as possible.

However, after I replied that I was interested, they replied, [Thank you for your response. We have currently forwarded your résumé to the relevant department for review. Once it passes the review, we will immediately invite you to an interview. Thank you~], and then asked whether I had any work besides my online portfolio. After I sent the new materials to HR, I never heard from them again.

They send out invitations recklessly without internal consensus. Even in the invitation, they say they still need to wait and see whether it is OK with their company internally.
