There is absolutely no handover for new hires, let alone any training. There are endless meetings every day, and whenever a meeting is held, you are treated as a scapegoat (punching bag). In addition, there are endless reports and work to complete after hours and on holidays. Only the company’s insiders or senior employees can truly rest on holidays. If you are considering joining this company, you should really think twice, because management will not accept any suggestions from new employees. You can only be suppressed and looked down upon, while being plagued by unfounded criticism.
