Couldn't find any pros

This is a place that really exploits its employees. One person is always expected to take on multiple roles, causing the workload to skyrocket. Senior management is unwilling to hire more people or implement proper training, and only throws people into the deep end. As a result, the company currently has many open positions but can't find anyone to fill them. Moreover, because it does not value its reputation or talent, it cannot retain employees. I sincerely urge anyone considering joining this company to think very carefully. Don't be deceived by someone's use of sweet-talking recruitment tactics...
