The company charges customers a 10% service fee, so employees are expected to serve customers wholeheartedly.

However, employees are not covered by labor or health insurance and are paid an hourly wage of 168.

There are no clear break times. When it gets busy, there isn’t even time to take a sip of water, especially on holidays or during busy periods.

You may have to work overtime, but you may not necessarily receive overtime pay :)

If customers refuse to leave after closing, you have to work overtime. However, if you only work an additional 15 minutes, it is not paid; it has to reach at least half an hour.

Working full-time means trading your health for a salary, I guess.

You must constantly pay attention to customers’ situations. In my view, this means continually interrupting customers while they are dining, chatting, or discussing business.

I later reported the company to 104, but the company replied claiming that employees are covered by labor and health insurance.

Anyone considering working there should pay attention.
