None! None! None!
It’s so important I’ll say it three times!
This is the worst company I’ve ever worked for—without a doubt.
Workplace PUA tactics are applied to perfection. If you have a very strong mindset and want to be socialized by society ahead of time, you’re welcome to give it a try.
They promote themselves with slogans about being a B Corp and loving Taiwan, but in reality they constantly deny employees, verbally bully them, attack them in public, continuously destroy your self-esteem, and endlessly criticize employees. Their so-called sincerity toward people means believing they can lower themselves to talk with you, while portraying their exploitation of employees as the company generously granting you a job and giving you opportunities to learn.
There is no system whatsoever within the company. Organizational divisions and job objectives are unclear, work processes are a complete mess, and the organizational chart seems capable of changing every month.
They expect employees to obey unconditionally. Their way of handling dissenting opinions is to launch personal attacks and question the individual abilities of those who disagree.
Decisions by superiors are always based on “god feeling”; logic and analysis are completely unnecessary. The endless hell of submitting proposals never reaches a conclusion.
Oh, and there is also a female senior executive who talks a lot but says nothing. She can brazenly say that she doesn’t understand anything and that it’s perfectly normal not to know, then irresponsibly throw her weight around, attack colleagues, and pass the buck in all kinds of ways. Every department is left to clean up the messes created by her so-called high-level, brand-oriented projects. No wonder the departmental turnover rate is so high.
There are simply too many shortcomings to list.
Are these experiences a journey of spiritual growth or cult indoctrination? After being PUA’d to the fullest, I can no longer tell!
