The colleagues are all easy to get along with, and the company adopts a people-oriented management style (except for the Administration and Finance Department).
The Administration and Finance Department is the only one that operates under a system completely different from the rest of the company. Administration in particular is a terrible job. The supervisor, SU, subjects working mothers and pregnant women to all kinds of harassment and discrimination, increases the workload, and imposes a micromanagement system (e.g., tracking how long it takes to scan a single sheet of paper). They often bring their personal emotions into managing the department. Many of the work requirements are merely intended to make things difficult and force people to leave, and they provide no real help in improving work efficiency. Senior employees are treated like trash. I have already decided to report this.
