The colleagues are all easy to get along with, and the company adopts people-oriented management (except for the Administration and Finance Department).
The Administration and Finance Department is the only department with a system completely different from the rest of the company. The administrative role is especially terrible. The supervisor, SU, makes things difficult for and discriminates against working mothers and pregnant women in various ways, increases the workload, and applies a micromanagement system (e.g., monitoring how long it takes to scan a single sheet of paper). They often manage the department based on their personal emotions. Many of the work requirements are merely intended to make things difficult and provide no real benefit to work efficiency. They treat all senior employees like garbage. I am already planning to report this.
