1. No matter how the people below react, those above pretend they didn't hear anything. When supervisors hear something they don't want to hear, they even disappear.
2. They often ask the people below whether there are any plans that can be implemented, but in the end they only do what they themselves want to do.
3. There is never enough manpower.
4. You have to be prepared to overcome countless obstacles just to request leave.
5. It is truly speechless that a publicly listed company offers such low pay...
6. They completely disrespect professional expertise, keeping capable talent at the very bottom simply because capable people can do many things, allowing them to save money.
