The boss deserves credit for having the courage to pursue entrepreneurship, business ventures, and interpersonal collaboration :)

I was originally invited to join as a graphic designer and 3D artist. I joined with a strong desire to learn and out of interest, but it was only when I started working on-site that I found out I was expected to do administrative tasks (answering phones, managing the Shopee store, shipping goods, etc.). The boss’s mental state is not very stable, often showing symptoms of paranoid delusions and frequently becoming irritable. They would also insist on discussing work-related matters with you during your lunch break. The boss frequently gets into disputes with partner vendors. When I first joined, there was no so-called onboarding SOP, nor any fixed training model or schedule. I was expected to quickly learn and handle many things. Later, the boss directly dismissed me, citing that there was no need for more employees. This company is not suitable to join, and I strongly recommend avoiding it. The boss wants to hire experienced personnel who can immediately get up to speed while only offering the minimum wage. After joining, my professional expertise in 3D and graphic design was not respected. Even after I had left and had already been working at another large company for two weeks, two weeks later the owner of Beisijie Company unexpectedly accused me, without evidence, of taking her seal, leaving me physically and emotionally exhausted... Please stay away from this company :) (Professional expertise is not respected)
