Pros
Having dogs is the only source of healing.
Cons
There was no introduction to the environment, and the work had no SOP.
As soon as you start, they treat you as if you were already a long-term employee.
Tasks are explained very casually.
The workflow is unclear.
There is no trash can in the restroom, so you have to take the trash outside to dispose of it.
