The colleagues are all very nice.
1. The laboratory's fume-extraction equipment is severely inadequate; toxic chemicals and organic solvents are used directly on the workbenches.
2. The office is very hot. I suffered heatstroke four times within less than a month of starting work. It was only resolved after I brought my own small electric fan.
3. The supervisor does not know how to manage people and has no basic work instructions, leaving the task of training new employees to the instrument engineer.
4. The supervisor takes leave almost every morning yet still requires employees to work overtime to finish the work.
5. There is no lunch allowance; you have to prepare your own lunch or eat out.
6. Even though you feel that you have already worked very hard, the supervisor still treats you as disposable.
7. Remember to greet the supervisor in the morning.
8. The supervisor says that our goal is to leave work on time, but when you work efficiently, finish quickly, and leave on time, the supervisor shows a completely different attitude.
