Colleagues get along quite warmly
Work pressure... very high when rushing to meet a deadline, but no pressure normally
The boss is kind and friendly
The company could be described as having only a sales department; after taking on projects, it subcontracts them to regular partners (it seems this is how they make the figures in the financial statements look very good)
The salary mentioned during the interview differed from the actual salary received by more than ten thousand
They use various excuses to say that I am still in the “probationary period”
If I were unsuitable, they would have fired me long ago, wouldn’t they? The project I was responsible for is also proceeding smoothly and is almost complete
,
Is this what they call the smooth-talking style of business negotiation?

You could say everything about this company is good, but handling the salary this way is basically fraudulent
